Shalom Five Smooth Stones Family Health and Wellness, LLC in Dunwoody, Georgia is a faith-informed, family-centered healthcare and social assistance practice. We provide family wellness, personal development coaching, individualized support and care management, recovery advocacy, and empowerment services. Led by Behavioral Health Professional and Rehabilitation Counselor Remell Clanton, who draws on more than thirty-one years of cross-system experience and Christian faith, we walk with families toward stability, recovery, and lasting peace.
